The Council of Oman participated in the Assembly of Secretaries-General of National Parliaments in the
145th InterParliamentary Union (IPU), which was held in Rwanda.
 

The delegation was chaired by H.E. Khalid bin Ahmed Al Saadi, Secretary General of the State Council and H.E. Ahmed Mohamed Nasser Al-Nadabi, Secretary General of the Shura Council.
  The meeting discussed   experiences and administrative tools  that used by secretaries-general of national parliaments in crisis management in the 21th   century.
The meeting reviewed the developments in the Innovation Center for Parliaments, and the questionnaire on creating a guide to best practices for digital parliaments
