The Shura Council Bureau discussed the plans of standing committees for the Fourth Annual Session of the Ninth Term and the ministerial statements proposed by the committees.

The Bureau also discussed many topics, including a number of ministerial responses and follow-up tools submitted by their Excellencies members of the Council, in addition to the reports of the Standing Committees.
 
The meeting was chaired by H.E. Khalid Hilal Nasser AL Maawali Chairma of the Shura , and in the presence of their Excellencies members of the Council's Bureau and the Secretary-General of the Council.

The Bureau decided to refer a number of Cognizance Requests presented by the council's members to the Minister of Finance concerning the construction of 76 public schools in different governorates and Cognizance Request to the Minister of Social Development.
