Committees Experts Shura Council/ al Bustan Shura Council is pleased to announce the vacant post of (Legal Expert). Interested candidate in this post shall submit his/her application to the Department of Human Resources at the Headquarters of Shura Council in Muscat/Al Bustan or through the Council’s official websites (www.shura.om) or via (hr@shura.om) within 15 days of the announcement of this post, provided that the candidate shall meet the aforementioned conditions along with the following conditions:

1.    The priority shall be given to Omanis in case he/she meets the conditions, qualifications and experiences required to apply for this post. 
2.    They must be of good conduct, standing and reputation and must not have been convicted of an offence prejudicial to honour or integrity.
3.    They must not have been convicted of punishment resulting in being force to retire or dismissed from work unless such case happened before three years.
4.    They must meet the conditions required for apply for the post as descripted. 
5.    The age of the candidate shall not exceed 55 years old and that has to be approved by birth certificate or civil ID card.
6.    The candidate must pass face-to-face interview for the post.
7.    To be mentally fit.
8.    Any application is submitted before the announcement date of the post shall not be considered. 
9.    Any application does not meet the required conditions shall not be considered.
10.    The application shall be attached with a copy of the civil ID card or passport (a copy of manpower registry card /form for Omanis).
11.    The application shall be attached with copies of training courses and certified work experiences from the concerned authorities.
12.    The application shall be attached with a copy of the degree and work certifications, qualification equivalency from the concerned authorities if granted to the candidate from overseas.  
13.    Any application is submitted after the deadline of submission date shall not be considered.  
14.    The application is deemed invalid if proven any violation of the general conditions or post application oriented conditions regardless of any reasons or the result of the interviews. 
15.    Shura Council is not obliged to respond to any candidate application or to return any sent documents from them.  Conditions for Omani candidates:
